1. Cutting
Firstly confirm the size of acrylic products, cutting according to the specific sizes to avoid material waste.
2. Engraving
After cutting to size, the acrylic mirror sheet is initially carved, carved into different shapes according to the shape requirements of customers.
3. Drilling
According to your design requirement, holes can be drilled in the mirrored acrylic sheet.
4. Polishing
After cutting, engraving, drilling, the edge of acrylic product is still rough, easy to scratch the hand, it must be given a glossy finishing at the edges. You can choose different polishing methods according to the different products. Polishing is normally divided into cloth polishing, grinding wheel polishing and fire polishing. Then use the trimming machine for trimming.
5. Hot bending
Transform acrylic to different shapes by hot bending process. Hot bending is divided into overall hot bending and local hot bending, it is a key point of acrylic processing.
6. Screen printing
If customers want to display their own brand or slogan or patterns on the acrylic mirrors, screen printing is needed. Screen printing can be divided into monochrome screen printing and four-color screen printing.
7. Bonding, packaging
These two steps are the last two steps of the acrylic processing process before delivery.
